Catherine Romano

Cathy Romano's interpersonal and communication skills, unique knowledge of the Austin neighborhoods and experience living on the waterfront for over 30 years has made her a highly sought-after realtor. She was top of her class her first year in real estate and in a short time earned several other subsequent awards and recognition in the industry. Cathy grew up in Seattle and is a Cum Laude graduate with a BA in Hotel Administration from Washington State University where she also played collegiate tennis. Cathy's career path took her from stockbroker to rep for a promotional products company, where her accounts included Livestrong, Polycom, Convio and Austin Java. After that, she put her writing skills to work and is a published author. After an international assignment in France, Cathy and her family landed in Texas in 1991. She, her husband, Bob, and their three grown children have enjoyed living in Austin and have taken advantage of great schools, food, music and all the many outdoor activities that continue to make ATX so desirable. Cathy considers it an honor and privilege to represent her clients and help them accomplish their real estate goals. Her endorsements and referrals are proof of that. In her free time, Cathy enjoys living on Lake Austin and all the many activities that it offers. Her "off" lake activities are tennis, golf, hiking, and creating personalized books. She is also on the board of Drive A Senior Central Texas and loves helping with their mission to enrich the lives of seniors offering them free rides, friendship and other support services.
