Hi, I'm Cassidy. I'm a local Realtor specializing in the Fort Bend County area. I have two kids, and three crazy dogs. I am amazingly lucky to host foreign exchange students from all over the world, so it's never boring in my house! I know what it's like to have a messy, not so picture perfect life, and have recently gone through the divorce and selling process myself, so I can say that I HAVE BEEN THERE! I have helped many couples navigate the stress of selling through divorce, and understand all of the intricacies that come with following a MSA, or working with tense situations. I also received my certification in basic and advanced family/divorce mediation in my prior life, which has afforded me the ability to handle difficult situations with grace.
I love working with clients and friends at all stages of their lives. From their first homes, to their fifth, to selling and relocating because of divorce, I am here to support in the ways that each individual person needs. I live to serve my clients and love nothing more than to make this process easier at the end of the day.
For fun, I love spending time at the beach, and frequently take trips to Matagorda Bay, and Galveston Island.. I am a Houston native, originally from the Alief, area. In 2015, I purchased my first new-build home in Rosenberg, then 8 years later, relocated to Richmond. Prior to working in real estate, I had an extensive career in corporate real property management in the oil and gas industry, as a Landman/Land Analyst; dealing with mineral title, and leasing. I received my Bachelors of Business Administration in Management from University of Houston in Sugar Land and my Masters in Legal Studies in Oil and Gas Law from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in Norman. This has provided me an incredibly strong foundation for my career in Real Estate.
