I would have this discussion prior to placing their home on the market for sale. Is the carpet upstairs beyond a professional steam cleaning? If not this could be an option. To my knowledge there isn\'t a way to search for specific builders & floor plans on this site. Hot on Homes is a great alternative website that feature builders by community and you can see the floor plans available.

Your monthly Supra bill for the ekey services are paid separately from your quarterly MLS dues. To pay your MLS dues login to the Members Only Portal, select My Account and under Member Information, select Pay Dues Online. Tabitha, you posted a great question. When someone places an offer on a home, the listing status normally updates to option pending. Most buyers pay an option fee to back out of the contract within a set amount of time, which could be anywhere between 3 to 30 days depending on what the seller and buyer agree to.Before the option period ends, you\'ll want to have the inspection done and any repair request negotiated (if needed) to confirm whether or not you want to move forward with your offer.
