Carrie began her Real Estate career in the mid 90's and offers more than two decades of related expertise. She has worked every aspect of the industry representing & assisting sellers, buyers, investors, multi-family firms, and banks in both the residential and commercial market. She has traveled throughout the country while being trained in master sales, marketing & negotiations inspired by some of the most highly acclaimed training firms. She has carried these lessons in training throughout her career. She served as the Director of Sales & Marketing for a New York based real estate firm, while living in Texas and training new recruits in the Dallas, Austin & Houston area before changing her direction from the city luxury high rise - multi-family business to the coastal inspired residential & commercial sales atmosphere in 2004. She now serves as a Realtor – Sales & Marketing Director with Legacy International Resort Properties/Coastal Realty Texas for the Galveston/Houston area. Upon moving to the Texas Coast, Carrie began selling waterfront homes & land and quickly rose to the #1 selling & listing agent & #1 Buyer Representative in Harborwalk Coastal Community in Hitchcock TX 2004-2019. She continues to lead this market for 16 consecutive years. Her dedication & extensive data base, referrals, past & present clients are her champion. Growing up in Sugarland Texas, a suburb of Houston, Carrie spent her childhood weekends on the Texas Coast.
