Carolyn Northington

A fifth generation Texan, Carolyn knows a thing or two about the Lone Star State and has been sharing her knowledge and a dose of Southern charm with clients since 1982. A Certified Buyer’s Representative (CBR), Carolyn works well with all buyers, but welcomes listings as well. Her career has focused on the successful marketing and sales of country properties, ranches, and acreage as well as vacation and second homes, new home sales and resales. From a country cabana to a city loft, Carolyn can help.

Carolyn’s market area is extensive inside and outside Fort Bend County. With her experience, Carolyn is comfortable in the surrounding counties of Wharton, Galveston, Matagorda, Harris and Colorado. Kindhearted yet tenacious, Carolyn listens to her clients’ needs and works hard to find their dream property. A problem solver, she makes each transaction as smooth as possible, and does it all with a positive attitude and a sense of humor.

While venturing into real estate, Carolyn lived and worked part time on her family’s historical Texas ranch where she helped out with everything from entertaining to bookkeeping, docent to antique sales. But her interest in real estate started while she was working for a family-owned title company, an experience that certainly benefits her present clients. Carolyn is an active member of the Houston, Texas, and National Associations of Realtors®. She also belongs to the Valley Lodge Trailriders Association and is an eligible member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) and the Daughters of the Republic of Texas (DRT). Her other pursuits include tennis, swimming, horseback riding, art and decorating, singing, dancing, traveling, visiting wineries, and antique collecting.
