Caroline’s real estate career began when she moved to Austin, Texas in 2021 and started work as a land sales consultant, where she quickly developed exceptional negotiating skills and comprehensive market knowledge. She elevated to top producer within her first year, earning recognition for confidently guiding over 250 clients through complex transactions while maintaining respect for the significance of real estate investments. Her meticulous and client forward approach ensures clients receive not just a transaction, but a complete understanding of their investment and its place within Houston’s dynamic real estate landscape.
With 6 years of experience as a luxury estate project manager, Caroline delivers discreet, high-quality service while consistently prioritizing her clients’ financial and real estate interests. Her extensive background includes overseeing luxury estates, developing an exceptional eye for design, utilizing superior organizational skills and project management capabilities. Her background, combined with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, creates a unique foundation for understanding and anticipating client needs at every level.
Caroline’s commitment to service extends throughout the Houston community through her volunteer work at Camp for All and the Houston Humane Society. Caroline and her fiancé, Michael, reside in Memorial and are active members of Memorial Methodist Church and West Point Association of Graduates (Go Army, Beat Navy!). They enjoy exploring Houston’s food and outdoor scene with their two golden retrievers, Bruce and Lambeau, and spending time with family and friends.
