“Caroline was professional, objective and compassionate. She was always available to answer questions and to advise on up coming events re closing and commitments for utilities. The project of purchasing our home was remote , i.e. we closed on the property without ever setting foot in it. Caroline was our agent as well as our friend walking the property and responding to questions and concerns, via voice and email, as if we were her parents. She graciously collaborated with our son who is local. I cold not imagine a more capable and compassionate friend for this journey.”
