Carly is a proud Bearkat, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Banking & Financial Institutions from Sam Houston State University (SHSU). She later earned her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from SHSU as well.
With over a decade of experience in the oil and gas industry — specifically in acquisitions and divestitures — Carly developed a strong foundation in contracts, land and mineral ownership, and negotiation, all of which translate seamlessly into real estate transactions.
Outside of real estate, Carly is an avid animal lover who actively supports local rescues. She and her husband stay busy (and entertained!) with their three beloved furbabies — a cat, a dog, and a horse. In her free time, Carly enjoys horseback riding, playing the piano, reading, crafting, hiking, and discovering new local restaurants with her husband.
