Hi, I completely understand your concerns. From my experience as a property manager and landlord, I can assure you that a credit score above 650 should typically qualify you for a lease. In the worst-case scenario, if your credit score falls below the landlord's requirements, they might request a larger deposit. We personally work with credit scores of 550 and above, so I believe you would be okay based on the situation you described.

Why not take off houses that are under contract if we can't see/buy them when under contract?
