I’m Candice Merritt, a real estate advisor with Central Metro Realty. I primarily work with buyers, investors, and clients who want more than just access to listings. They want strategy, positioning, and someone who understands how to structure a deal, not just show property.

I bring a mix of real estate, negotiation, and operational thinking into every transaction. That means we’re not guessing. We’re looking at the numbers, the leverage points, and the timing so you can move with confidence.
