RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE: Pat Griffin Realty has been in business for over 35 years, serving Pearland, Bay Area, Southeast Houston, Friendswood, and many other surrounding cities. The years of experience through the sales staff and broker are to numerous to count! COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE: P.G.R. engages in many property management operations consisting of residential and commercial properties. We manage strip centers, rent houses, and office spaces as well as international accounts. Due to the management aspect of the company, Pat Griffin Realty handles a good portion of Pearland’s leasing and rental market, while at the same time keeping a large focus on the sales aspect of the business. COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT: Everyone is actively involved in the community through local churches and organizations. A Broker or Associate has sat on essentially every board for real estate affairs in the state of Texas, too numerous to name. Also in 2003, the Broker/Owner of Pat Griffin Realty was voted Pearland’s Citizen of the year and in 1994-95’ Clean Pearland voted Pat Griffin Realty as Business of the year!! BRIEF HISTORY: Becky Cornelius, the Broker/Owner of Pat Griffin Realty opened the doors with her mother, Pat Griffin in 1975 as a sales agent. Partnering in 1982 and then becoming sole owner in 1992, Becky has been active in sales the entire time.
