Candy literally took us from point A to Z with us having zero knowledge on buying property on the water with not one issue or problem that she didn’t step up and handle for us and then just call us and said it had been handled! She has a ton of knowledge and wisdom on every aspect of what it takes to make an offer and close on a property on the water. She walked us thru and even made phone calls for us and stayed on top at every step from the survey to the getting insurance numbers to getting the inspection and also staying on top of the appraisal.
