Camille served 25 years in the United States Army, where selfless service, caring commitment, courage, honesty, integrity, and respect are demanded, and she embraces them every day. Her service in the military allows her to interact with people from different countries and cultural backgrounds. Camille Cunningham believes in giving back to the local community and has a passion for volunteering and working with students who are involved in sports. In 2009, she received the Mayor’s Key for Leesville City, LA, for her work with young children playing sports; in 2013, she was recognized by the city of San Marcos for her contributions to the development of students at Gary Job Corps; in 2018 she received the Schertz, Cibolo, Universal City ISD Volunteer of the Year award. Her greatest achievement has been as a parent to her two adult children.
