Personable. Knowledgeable. Answers phone. He "shows up"! He also follows you thru the entire process he is the best realtor I have ever dealt with. I would definitely hire him again.

Cameron is a very knowledgeable and competent realtor, who is very familiar with real estate law, the Houston area, and many other nuances of the real estate transaction process. Highly recommended.

To make a long story short from the very beginning, you need Cameron in your corner to help buy your home. If you're already in the process then you know it's a lot of work and if you're not, don't even let yourself get to the point where it's a lot of work and contact him right away. For those interested in the details keep reading. *Bit of a long one* My wife and I actually got set up with Cameron by complete chance when we booked a tour on HAR for a property we were interested in and were assigned an agent that ended up canceling. I guess the tour got handed over to Cameron or he picked it up himself, not sure. We met up and after all the formalities I feel like we just clicked. Very personable and professional at the same time and it never felt like we were boring or frustrating him with our questions or requests. That first agent canceling was the best thing that could have happened to us in our home buying process I am not an expert with any subject but I do think I'm good at researching and trying to learn anything I can about whatever the current venture is. We didn't come into the home buying process with 0 knowledge, we researched for months before ever booking that original tour. Sometimes this can get in the way when dealing with experts in their field like Cameron because, as I've been told, I tend to ask "the right questions." And lots of them. Cameron never made us feel like we think we knew it all; to the contrary I think he may have enjoyed not having to explain himself so much as with any random client but who knows. I don't think we made things too hard for him but definitely didn't make things easy. Cameron clearly knows his stuff well enough he can talk through any point in the process in a relaxed and human way that feels very conversational instead of transactional. The builder of the property we were interested in was not terrible, but there is plenty of room for improvement - primarily communication. This builder does everything in-house which I would have assumed to be an easier process but I was very wrong. Very steep learning curve having to deal with the builder, lender, in-house agent (she was actually very good but still), underwriters, title company, construction managers (also good) and whatever else I'm forgetting. This is where Cameron came in to save the day multiple times over the course of a few months. From scheduling conference calls, reducing miscommunications, and overall just making sure we were fully invested and satisfied with the service and information we were receiving from all parties involved. He was able to get us answers on evenings, weekends and holidays even. A couple times he would call us for updates while he's out hiking on a weekend. He very rarely missed a call from us and if he did he'd call back quickly that same day. I cannot stress enough how vital Cameron was to our home buying process. I'd go so far to say that if it weren't for him, my wife and I would still be looking for a home. Mind you that this was actually our second attempt. Had a few hiccups last year spring 2025 and decided it would be best to wait a little while longer to buy. Cameron would check on us at least monthly and around the holidays he suggested getting into that spring 2026 market. Gave us a bit of a pep talk so we jumped in and here we are posting this as first time homeowners. I'd give him many more than 5 stars if I could. Stop looking for an agent and give him a call.

Only had to tour a couple homes with Cameron before we found the one we wanted. After that, he made it very efficient and easy for us to close and be able to start moving in
