Callum Sinclair

Callum is a local resident of South Austin, though his journey did not begin here. Originally from Aberdeen, Scotland, his father’s oil & gas job eventually moved the family to sunny Houston, Texas. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a minor in Finance from Texas Tech University, Callum explored the accounting industry with a private medical company. After a short four years in this field, Callum knew it wasn’t his dream career. Searching for a fresh start, he was drawn to Austin’s natural beauty, community, and opportunity. Beginning his real estate career with investment properties, Callum analyzed and acquired distressed properties with big earning potential across all areas of town for a multitude of clients. Callum now utilizes his international upbringing, his numbers focused education and this extensive knowledge of Austin neighborhoods to provide a smooth buying or selling experience for any client, from first-time home buyer to repeat investor. Callum enjoys kayaking Town Lake, running marathons, playing golf and taking care of dogs. He is an active member of November Project, a free community-based workout program. While trying to stay fit, Callum also enjoys exploring all of Austin’s great restaurants and breweries.
