Bryan Smelcer

Bryan Smelcer brings more than two decades of experience as a business driver, leader, and strategist to the world of real estate brokerage. He is known for being an effective, solutions-oriented professional drawing on seasoned expertise in project management. Most importantly, Bryan understands that the key to quality service stems from truly listening to your client, and being attentive to every detail, from the first meeting to the close of the transaction and beyond. His keen interpersonal skills, business acumen, and proven leadership style stems from his long, successful background as a former executive in the fast-paced, highly-competitive hospitality management business. Prior to real estate, Bryan’s most recent role was as District Manager of the Central Texas Region with Cracker Barrel Old Country Stores, spending the last 10 years of his career in Austin and DFW markets. Similarly in real estate, he aims to please and strives to provide complete client satisfaction. Bryan has lived in North Texas/DFW and in Central Texas/Austin for the past three decades. He and his wife Rosie, who he’s happily joined at Compass, call Trophy Club/Southlake their home. Having assisted Rosie with her real estate business both in Austin, TX and Dallas-Fort Worth, Bryan has transitioned officially to be full-time on her team, The Rosie Smelcer Group, based in Southlake. On the personal side, he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing from East Central University in Oklahoma, and enjoys skiing, camping, hiking and boating in his free time.
