If we could give more than 5 stars, we would! Bryan from start to finish helped guide us as first time home buyers to get the best deal we could have imagined on our first home. He was always very responsive and pro-active. He continually looked out for our best interest. Do not hesitate to hire Bryan! You won’t regret it one bit!

Great experience working with Bryan. He has everything at his finger tips and helped me get the house ready to sell. All the people he recommended are excellent, very reasonable and got the job done with quality. Bryan has green thumb in selling houses that’s for sure. It was lot of hard work put in to get the house ready, lol it was my second time getting the whole house ready (once after Harvey) and now, working with contractors, negotiating the prices, scheduling time/days, making sure work is done correctly, making numerous trips to house etc. Bryan will not make you spend unnecessary money but he will tell you that few things must be done and done correctly with licensed professionals only. He has quality crew. He is very professional, knowledgeable in his area and always available to discuss, reply texts instantly. It was very smooth and wonderful experience working with him and his crew!!! I would highly recommend him and his company for all your real estate needs!

I truly enjoyed working with Bryan Lillis during my home buying journey. Whenever I need clarification or reassurance throughout the process, he was there to explain things and allayed my fears. He helped move things along, stepping in as needed and I felt he had my best interest at heart as opposed to if I had worked directly with the builder. He made the experience a worthwhile one for me.
