“We worked with Brooke to sell our home, and we couldn t be happier with the experience The market was incredibly slow which was out of anyone s control but Brooke stayed positive, proactive, and responsive every step of the way. She continuously followed up with every potential buyer and made sure we received detailed feedback after every showing, which really helped us understand how our home was being received. Where Brooke really knocked it out of the park was during our appraisal. When the appraisal came in lower than our agreed-upon price, she dug in and discovered that the appraiser had actually missed a couple of rooms in the report. Brooke went above and beyond to find additional comps, gather documentation, and fight for an appeal. Thanks to her persistence and attention to detail, we were able to get the value adjusted back to our asking price an incredible win that truly showed how dedicated she is to her clients.
