Brook Marchive
Born and raised in Houston, Brook is passionate about her city and the wonderful neighborhoods that make it great. After graduating from Sam Houston State University with a degree in Business Administration, Brook returned to Houston to start her career. She started out in the oil and gas industry as a Field Landman. In this role, Brook traveled the country to perform title research for major oil and gas companies. Her experience as a Landman provided Brook with a great base of knowledge in title research, contracts, agreements and how to work with property owners. After taking time off to raise her two daughters, Brook decided to combine her love of Houston, people, and home decor with her experience with property owners and contracts. Brook is a hard worker and will put forth all of her effort to ensure her clients walk away with great home buying or selling experiences.
