Britton Vincent

Britt epitomizes integrity, hard work and creative service in every real estate transaction. Britt was raised in Dallas and was actively engaged in Boy Scouts – spending part of his summers on his grandparent's farm in south Texas where he developed a passion for natural science and the outdoors – graduating a few years later from Texas A&M University. For nearly forty years Britt worked with a wide range of volunteers and professionals in Scouting program and administration – spending his last 17 years in fundraising, grant writing and quality metrics for the Sam Houston Area Council. By making an industry leap to real estate from professional Scouting, Britt has been able to carry forward the same attention to integrity, detail and negotiating skills clients need and expect. Britt has made a high level commitment to real estate education shadowing some of the best real estate talent in the area, attending numerous classes and regional seminars that improve his understanding of real estate issues impacting life and the land. Britt is actively involved with First Baptist Church of Chappell Hill, Boy Scouts, his grandchildren and tending to honey bees and chickens on his farm in Chappell Hill.
