Brittany Aucion

Brittany Aucion is the Director of Communications for the Houston Association of REALTORS®, where she leads the strategy, storytelling and brand voice behind one of the nation’s most influential real estate associations. With a passion for clear, compelling communication, she oversees media relations, content development, marketing, community outreach and major association initiatives that support more than 48,000 real estate professionals across the Greater Houston area.

Brittany also serves as a media liaison, cultivating strong relationships with local, state and national media to position HAR as a trusted authority on Houston’s housing market and real estate policy.

Before joining HAR, Brittany spent more than a decade in local television news, serving in key editorial roles throughout Houston’s dynamic media landscape. Her work at KHOU in Houston and WBRZ in Baton Rouge earned her several honors, including multiple Emmy Awards, recognizing her commitment to impactful journalism.

A proud graduate of Louisiana State University, Brittany brings a blend of newsroom experience, strategic communications expertise and a deep understanding of Houston’s real estate community to every project she leads. She is dedicated to elevating member value, enhancing public understanding of the housing market and strengthening HAR’s connection with both REALTORS® and consumers.
