“Bridgett Macias was with us throughout the entire process and made it a point to be available to answer questions day or night. We lived about 50 miles from our second home that was sold and about 60 miles from her office. On numerous occasions, Bridgett agreed to meet us half way to avoid us having to drive all the way into Houston. Prior to listing the home, she met with us to give us tips about what needed attention or correcting and provided the names of a couple of cleaning services to make the house even more presentable. When listing our home, she used all the latest technology to make sure we were getting the word out on our home and to present it in its best light. She even held several open houses and notified the neighbors of what was going on so they would be made aware of the traffic going into the home. She made sure appointments were made by potential buyers and their agents and checked the home after they left to make sure lights were on to give the house a lived in look and to make sure the air conditioning was not running constantly or that the house was left in a state that would not be presentable to the next potential buyer. We would definitely recommend Bridgett to anyone seeking the assistance of an agent who will work for them and their best interest. She was a pleasure to work with and we'd happily do it again.”
