I would like to remain a member of HAR, although the new broker I am thinking of joining isn\'t. He is solely a commercial broker himself, but I would like to still have the ability to do both. He says it is not worth it for him to become a member because they are a small group of maybe 8 commercial agents, and he would have to pay for himself and everyone else when I am the only one interested in staying with HAR to have the ability to do both. How can I do this?
