Bret is Co-Owner of Coleman & Patterson Real Estate and Auctioneers with partners David Coleman and Tom Patterson, specializing in residential, farm and ranch, and real estate brokerage, marketing and auctions across Texas from their headquarters in Bryan/College Station, TX. As Owner/Principal Auctioneer with For Your Benefit, Bret and his team conduct 50 auctions a year for non-profits helping secure millions of dollars in funding for national organizations such as American Heart Association, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation; sports organizations such as Texas A&M Football, Texas Rangers Do It For Durrett Foundation, Coach Blair Charities, and a host of community benefits, charities and youth livestock shows. His extensive Auction resume includes selling multiple auctions every week for Manheim, the world's largest wholesale car auction, and holds licenses in multiple states as Broker/Auctioneer for national real estate and auction firm Hudson & Marshall, facilitating thousands of real estate auctions across 45 states and Puerto Rico. Bret currently holds over 30 Real Estate & Auctioneer state licenses across the United States. As a Real Estate Professional, Bret has successfully worked with clients to achieve their goals, whether buying and selling farm and ranch properties, residential real estate, investment properties or commercial development and leasing.
