Having lived out-west most of my life (Alaska, California, Arizona, Idaho, Nevada and Utah), I am no stranger to cultural diversity and extreme climate change. I only wish it hadn't taken me so long to find Texas! I moved to Brenham in March of 2017 where I absolutely fell in love with the warm weather and southern charm! Outside of family and career, I enjoy an active lifestyle that includes swimming, hunting and fishing just to name a few of my hobbies. I began my real estate career in 2006 in Elko, Nevada and discovered my vocational passion. A native Texan, Channing was raised on a horse ranch before moving to Houston. She played varsity golf for Memorial High School. Ultimately, Channing got her real estate license and cut her teeth selling high rises in downtown Houston. After 14 years of marriage and raising a family, she went back to her roots, put her boots back on and bought a ranch of her own in Brenham, TX She soon realized that with her experience and love for the country, she could help others looking for their dream ranch. So, she focused her real estate practice on farm and ranch. Channing spends all her free time taking care of her family, horse, chickens and donkeys. In her work life, she absolutely loves connecting people with the country property of their dreams.

Savannah Schulz Gutierrez is a third generation resident of Washington County and has grown up working in her family's construction business. She graduated from Brenham High School, earned an AA degree from Blinn College and a BA degree in Business from Sam Houston State University in 2008. She has been in the real estate business since 2005 and has enjoyed helping many people make their dreams come true by becoming homeowners. Her construction industry background provides her additional insight and creativity into possibilities for remodeling projects as well as new construction projects. She is active in the community through volunteer outreach programs like Washington County Ladies Lions, PTO, member of the Christ Lutheran Church, the American Legion Auxiliary and the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary. Savannah is married with three kids, and two dogs.

Originally from Southeast Texas, Julia's journey to bluebonnet country is a little different than most. After High School graduation, Julia bundled up and headed North for college in Kansas, to compete on a National Champion Collegiate Livestock Judging Team. After completing her time there, she transferred to Texas A&M University, where she met a 6'8 boy from Brenham, who used to try to cheat off her homework! After graduation, Julia and Matt were married and moved back to his hometown. Julia's passion for real estate grew deeper as she was amazed by the rolling hills and bluebonnets of Washington County...remember, she is from the flat lands of SETX, so a hill was basically a mountain to her! The community of Washington County was so welcoming and she strives to welcome others into this area, with the same hospitality she was shown.

Shelly Moschak, a native Houstonian, escaped the traffic and city life and moved to the more relaxed lifestyle of the Brenham countryside in 2003. She has enjoyed her real estate career ever since, and enjoyed being the Broker/Owner of 5 Star Country Properties for 10 years. In 2017 she partnered with Legend Texas Properties, where she enjoys the collaboration of other talented professionals who share her business practices and integrity.
