Brenda has been in the real estate business all of her life as the daughter of one of Houston's premier residential developers. From apartments to single family homes to high rise condominiums, she has enjoyed learning first hand about the planning and design, construction and sale of real property. Her dedication to her clients and their needs, and attention to detail, service, and support in every transaction are of foremost importance in reaching the goal of making the process of buying, selling and leasing a home as successful and pleasant as possible for each individual and family she works with. Her transactions areas span the city, but the concentration is in West University, the Museum District, River Oaks, Montrose, Tanglewood and the Galleria area and Heights and EADO. A Residential Broker since 1979, her real estate career began at Robin Elverson Realtors in River Oaks. She continued in Austin with her own Brokerage firm. Returning to Houston with her family she joined Greenwood King Properties and now Douglas Elliman Real Estate Texas. Houston has always been home, but her 11 years of growing up in Puerto Rico gives her an appreciation for the exciting International community in our city. She is fluent in Spanish and proficient in French. She enjoys volunteering in the community with the Junior League of Houston, National Charity League, Church of St John the Divine, Amazing Place, St John's School, Hermann Park Conservancy, Zoo Friends, and the Houston Kappa Kappa Gamma Alumni Association, and spending time in our fabulous art Museums. She is an alumni of Tulane University and The University of Texas at Austin.
