Brenda has been in the Real Estate industry for 23 years. She started in 2001 as a junior loan processor for the Manhattan Region of JP Morgan Chase's residential mortgage company in New York City. Brenda's dedication, and professionalism, and superior customer service quickly afforded her the trust of senior management to handle their most critical and prolific Loan Officers.
In 2004 she relocated to Houston, and took on the position of Mortgage Loan Officer, where she covered the Houston areas such as; Memorial, the Galleria, West Chase, Sugar Land, the Woodlands, Spring, Cypress, and Katy, just to name a few. Her pleasant and outgoing personality promptly got her established in Houston.
In 2010 Brenda was given the roll of Branch Marketing Manager as, well as being a Licensed Sr. Loan Officer with Envoy Mortgage. As Marketing Manager Brenda realized how much she loved creativity and interacting with people in a face to face manner, as a result she decided to pursue her Realtor license and marketing degree.
Brenda's knowledge, diverse background, and firsthand experience make her a perfect candidate to assist you with search of your new home. She can explain the steps of buying or selling a home, not only from the Real Estate perspective, but also the financial aspect. Relocating from New York City to Houston she also can relate to the questions and concerns of moving to a new State. Brenda has lived in Houston for ten years; Texas is now her home.
