“I inherited my sister's house in Katy Texas. The house needed a bio-hazard clean-up which Brandy arranged. We found that the house was still titled to my sister who died in 2016. The house had to be delisted until the title was certified to me by the county courts. It took nine months to solve all the problems and list the house. Brandy listed it on a Friday and we accepted an offer at the asking price on Saturday. I don't think anyone could have done a better job than Brandy.”
