I am a native Houstonian of 37 years, and have lived across Houston, Richmond, Rosenberg, Pearland, Bellaire, and Katy until settling down in Sugar Land. I’ve spent over 10 years working in the real estate industry in various roles, which gives me an intimate understanding of how buying and selling homes works. Before becoming a licensed Texas real estate agent, I worked for nearly four years as a residential mortgage loan officer, and an additional six years selling new construction homes. That background helps me guide clients through not only the transaction itself, but the financing, timing, and strategies behind intelligent real estate decisions.
