“BR is dedicated to representing my interest as an agent. Each time when the other party’s terms disagreed with my priorities he worked hard in negiotiating for me. Even when he didn’t fully agree he still goes to bat. He is willing to put the deal on the line and not overly concerned with just preserving the sale. BR has a mind for details. He is professionally focused on the nuts and bolts of the deal that is needed to keep it on track. My purchases got really complicated with lots of moving parts, yet he kept track of all of the issues and each bit of paperwork that needed to be signed by its own deadline, even when there were multiple forms and deadlines at the same time. He communicates clearly and gives good perspective on what to expect in the market and how to anticipate what the other party’s response will most likely be. He has a great network of professionals around him to help with getting things done, everything from insurance brokers, other consultants, home inspectors, to cleaners, and others.
