After buying, selling, and moving multiple times and across several states, Bonnie Bates has found her passion in real estate and helping others navigate through the buying and selling process. Her personal experience in relocation and home buying and selling has proven to be an invaluable bonus in helping her clients feel informed, comfortable, and at ease during those potentially stressful times. Whether it's existing home purchases or new construction, Bonnie loves being the eyes and ears for her clients and walking them throughout the entire process.

As a former educator, Bonnie is people-focused and customer service driven. She loves building lasting relationships with her clients so she better understands exactly what they need and want in their dream homes and beyond. She carries integrity, a hard work ethic, and excellence into everything she does. She loved her time as a successful Realtor in Oklahoma, and happily brings that experience back to her home state of Texas!

Bonnie is a native Texan, and she and her husband, Bill, have three children. They have lived in Magnolia since 2021, but have lived in the Greater Houston area for many years. In her spare time, you can find Bonnie being the biggest cheerleader for her kids on the sidelines and the ball fields, being active, and enjoying time in the great outdoors.
