Born and raised in the cutting horse industry, Bodie Stark is no stranger to the land and ranch lifestyle. With a Business Management degree from the University of Texas-Austin and a Master's in Education from UTA as well as 18 years in the education realm, Bodie understands the importance of communication, hard work, and dedication to clients as well the value of being proactive in marketing; relentless in follow up and a master of negotiation. Having served on the Associate Leadership Council for 5 years; and being a member in both the KW Land and KW Luxury Divisions, Bodie and his team are known for their knowledge of North Texas real estate. Bodie's true passion is helping his clients buy and sell hunting and development land, ranches, and luxury homes. He prides himself on excellence in all things, honesty, and attention to detail. Bodie is a problem solver at heart and is not afraid to seek alternative options to maximize opportunities for his clients.
