“I knew getting the house in shape for a tenant was going to be a lot of work, and I expected to have to do much more if the lifting, but Boby took care of absolutely everything. He coordinated and vetted every technician and trade that came, was able to make recommendations based on what tenants would like, giving the place that extra little edge in the market and had it rented days after completion, all I had to do was say okay sounds good and the burden left me completely. He did an amazing job helping me originally buy the house but I was not prepared for how smooth and easy getting it rental ready was going to be with Boby. Absolutely stellar job.”
