Bob took time to explain every question I had and guided me in buying the perfect home for me and selling my former home. He asked me what I was was looking for in my new home and helped find one that had most all the important boxes checked off. I wanted to find a home first and then sell my former home and that put me selling during Thanksgiving and Christmas - the worst time Bob kept reassuring me and sure enough, immediately after Christmas, I got a contract with what we were hoping to get. The new owners are excited to have my home of 30 years which still has special meaning for me and I have one better suited for me at this time in my life. Everyone came out a winner.”
