A couple of years ago, my parents' health issues escalated rapidly, and I had to make some last-minute decisions on their behalf. A decision was made to relocate them to be closer to family, which meant we had to sell their beautiful 5-bedroom house in Richmond, Texas. I hired Lone Star Transitions, a company who helps seniors to downsize. By the way, they too are a fantastic company. They strongly recommended Bob Christian of Upside Real Estate. I selected Bob from two other Realtors because I was immediately impressed with his professionalism, honesty, and follow-up. The evening after I met him, he sent me a video and all the information I needed in considering my options. I chose Bob. The biggest challenge for me was doing business with Bob long distance. You see, I had to return home to Redondo Beach, California after a couple of months. I left everything to Bob and his amazing team to handle the house sale after Lone Star Transition cleared out the house. Bob was always available by phone or email when we needed to communicate, which could've been a problem since things were taking place over the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year holidays. Sale of the house was a huge success! My siblings and I were very happy with the selling price and the timeliness of all that transpired. As for me, it was actually one of the few things I didn't have to worry much about, as I had to focus on settling Mom and Dad in their new home in California, closer to me. I am honored to recommend Bob Christian and his crew to anyone who needs real estate assistance. They are the best!

We had the best experience working with Bob for both the purchase and selling of our home. His exceptional knowledge of the real estate market, experience, honesty and hard work are much respected and appreciated.
