3. SHOP FOR YOUR DREAM HOME
-Select Properties that match your criteria
-View and schedules appointments to view properties
4. WRITE AN OFFER TO PURCHASE
-received a comparable market analysis of the subdivision to help make sales price offer.
-receive all pernant information about the house and e-sign One to Four Family Residential Contract
5. NEGOTIATE TERMS
-Conduct Inspections and resolve any issues.
-Accept the Contract
6. OBTAIN MORTGAGE FINANCING
-Underwriting, Appraisal, Survey, Insurance
-Conduct Title Search and remove any encumbrances
7. CLOSE ON YOUR HOME
-Review Your CD(closing disclosure) includes your final loan terms and closing cost.
-Bring a valid driver's license for each borrower, a certified/cashier's check closing cost amount payable to the title co.
-Signs Doc, get the keys, take possession of HOME and celebrate!
