WHAT "NOT CLOSING COSTS" REALLY MEANS

  Sometimes I do talk about real estate!

All those ads for home loans and refinancing telling you... NO CLOSING COSTS... is there really a free lunch out there??

Probably not.. most ( probably all ) lenders have fine print saying that you don't need to pay "up front"!  In 22 years, I have yet to find a lender that works for free!  And those closing costs include their paycheck! So if you see that catch phrase look for where the extra is added in... most likely you are adding that cost to what you are financing.. in other words, you are paying interest on those dollars too!!

Find a good real estate agent who can help you understand the ins and outs of home buying!  What you may do once or twice in a lifetime, we do every day!  And here's the bonus: in most cases, the seller pays all the real estate agent fees, but a good buyer's representative will save you money!!!
