You've heard all the commercials and the infomercials about buying a home and having a mortgage for less then $400 a month or less then what you are renting an apartment.  Is it true?

There are many variables in the home buying process that will allow you to do just that, you just have to be open to locations, areas and price and most people when they look to purchase a home those are the primary criteria's you look for a your new home for your family.

There are over 2000 homes in the Houston and Surrounding areas for sale for less then $100k that are a minimum of three bedrooms and one bath.  These homes with the right equation of ; low taxes, today's interest rate and a reasonable insurance rate you can look to have a mortgage about that is less then what you are paying for rent.
