From the beginning, Cristal and Kris have been exceptional with the moving process. Their clear and concise communication put my mind at ease and alleviated a lot of the stress that comes with relocating. Bishop Momo is a fun little community situated off South Congress which makes commuting a breeze. The units are clean, spacious, and emphasize the charm of the community. I loved my experience throughout the two months I’ve lived in the complex and look forward to many more.

I had a great experience working with Kris Sylvia during my lease renewal process. I ran into a few moments where I felt stuck and unsure of the next steps, but Kris was incredibly patient, supportive, and clear throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything, made sure I felt confident moving forward, and truly went above and beyond to help me. Kris is professional, kind, and genuinely cares about the residents he works with. I would love to see him continue to grow and work his way into an even better position within the company because he truly deserves it. He is a real asset to the team.

Facilities are stunning, the apartment itself is gorgeous. The staff has been so helpful and accommodating. Yesterday there was a light flickering in my apartment that I mentioned to Cristal in the leasing office in passing. Within 15 minutes someone was there and got the light fixed. I justed moved in and am thrilled with my decision

Kris went above and beyond! I came in on a bit of a whim, calling only 5 min before, and he gave me all the attention of a scheduled apt and more. I told him a bit of what I was looking for and my budget and he already knew 3 different units to show me. The tour was very thorough and he let me take all the time I needed; making sure I saw every option in my budget and even sitting down to crunch numbers with me to make it work. I was coming in after a workout, too, so I felt a bit light headed towards the end but Kris made sure I got some good healthy snacks. 11/10. Crystal was very helpful over the phone too. Could not recommend more!!!🌟

DO NOT RECOMMEND We moved in January 2025; there were very few people in the building at that time. As soon as the units started renting, there was a swift decline in property upkeep and overall maintenance. Filthy hallways, broken elevators, gates, and garage access doors. There were multiple dog poo episodes inside and outside of the building - JUST GROSS PEOPLE! High level complaints Building construction and craftsmanship are subpar. We were the first in our unit and already Cabinets and drawers were falling apart as we were unpacking our kitchen. Maintenance request submitted, maintenance man stopped by to identify the issues. threw some blue tape on some stuff and never returned. The corridors stayed filthy and often had the lingering odor of rotten trash and dog poo. Constantly lined with dirt, debris, hair, and just general filth. People often left trash and used boxes outside of their doors for days, especially over the weekend since trash valet only runs Sun - Thur. When I raised the issue with the front office, I was told to take pictures and report these people for lease violation. My thought.... Why should I do YOUR job!? Send someone to walk the hallways even if only a couple of times each week and handle the problem like a professional property management company. Additionally, in the nearly one year we were there, the corridor on our level was cleaned ONE TIME. After I submitted 2 separate maintenance requests. The first request was closed without action so I submitted again and finally got the hallway cleaned.
