Binu really did a great job, he has great market knowledge. Infact he recommended me to get this house and also said its under Valued for the price I am buying. I was really impressed with his confidence and took a step the right step. I am really happy with his advice and defenitely recommended him as a great advisor for the real estate market. He is been super nice while I was exploring multiple houses in the market I did not feel pushed at all. Great quality of a nice sales guy. I highly recommend 10 10. When ever he comes for the sales call he is always dressed well and has a pleasing personality, its not easy to convince me, but he did a great job. Over all 10 10. Thanks Binu, God bless. Rosh
