“I came up with an idea a couple of months ago to buy a condo in Houston for our daughter to live in. I came to Houston the weekend of March 15, 2025 and on April 16 closed on a condo . Beth Lefkowitz did an amazing job of helping through the whole process - from navigating the many online sources of viewing condos, actually going to see many properties, setting up numerous appointments, analyzing pricing to make sure we were paying a fair price, through the inspection process, title process to the final walkthrough on the sale date.
