“I don't think the realtor represented my needs as much as she represented her own personal financial needs. The realtor urged and recommended that I enter into a sale of my property at a reduced price in a contract where the bank forgave any unpaid balance. The photos of the home, which was a beautiful home, exhibited on the realtor's site were designed to show the home in the worst possible light, not the best possible light, therefore inviting low-ball offers. Each tiny flaw was amplified, but the house had very little flaws. It was a beautiful, nicely staged home. I was distressed at how the sale ended, but I was away in a foreign country and could not do much in the circumstances.”
