I came to Houston from CA and was looking to buy a house there. I happened to find Benjamin on a Facebook page and contacted him to view a few homes I found on Zillow. Benjamin responded soon and arranged for us to view a few homes right away. He was flexible with my schedule and made sure to fully understand my needs. We soon found a home that I loved and negotiated a fair price with the seller and closed the deal in two weeks. The whole buying process was smooth, done remotely while I was back in CA. I am happy with Benjamin’s service and will recommend him to others.
