“Ben was outstanding! We had moved out of town during this process so Ben went above and beyond to get house ready for sale. We had a lot of work to update our house and Ben coordinated those efforts with contractors and was always available to give workers access to home when needed. Ben even wrapped pipes for us during a freeze! He is knowledgeable about market and helped price our home to sell quickly but to also maximize our return. We loved working with Ben!”
