“We believe that Becky's lack of experience and knowledge at the price point of our home had a significant negative impact on the results both selling price and days on market . There was an over exuberance in her ability to quickly sell the house without taking into account the potential risk of significant market change which did occur . Her general lack of experience was something we should have looked into and investigated her experience more thoroughly. As time went on Becky became more focused on the commission level with the buyers realtor than the features of the house in hopes to sell the house quickly. We would have appreciated if Becky let us know this was the first time representing our price point in selling a home. ”
