Basil was very supportive in our journey to buy the house. He replied to all our questions on time and guided us throughout the process. He coordinated with loan officer to get us a good deal. He also worked with the owners to make sure all repairs were taken care off or compensation was provided. He coordinated with closing team and loan team to ensure a smooth and timely transaction at closing. We loved his service and would definitely refer him.
