I specialize in residential real estate listings and home buyers. I make it a practice to communicate with my clients and listen to their plans, needs, and goals. Extensive marketing programs and hard work have resulted in many satisfied clients. I'm proud that I have many repeat customers and quality referrals, which are the best compliments I shall ever receive.

When listing properties for sellers, I closely analyze the property and its features, review market trends and activity, use professional photography for maximum marketing exposure, monitor viewings to obtain maximum feedback for my sellers, utilize staging companies when appropriate, hold open houses, and regularly update my sellers.

I also enjoy working with home buyers, whether a first time buyer or a seasoned investor. I realize this is a significant and important purchase for them and their families, and I want to make sure we secure them the home of their dreams! To better serve my clients, I have built relationships with mortgage professionals who can answer all their financing questions and guide them through the entire process, whether it be a VA, FHA, conventional, or even a hard money loan program. Plus, I am very experienced in the various negotiations that arise during the purchase process to better protect my buyers' interests. My team and I work all over the Houston Metropolitan area. We realize most everyone has a busy life and schedule, and will set up appointments when most convenient for our clients.
