“I had an extremely good experience with Barbra Cheadle as my realtor. She was my realtor for both the home I bought and the one I sold. She is extremely knowledgeable about the process and guided me every step of the way. She is extremely organized and was always in communication with me and not only did she act on everything in a timely manner but she made sure I didn t miss anything either. It is evident that she is a subject matter expert because the process was so smooth and seamless. She is very practical and honest when giving advice and she listened to each and everything I said. I was not expecting my house to sell so soon but it did. My house staged and listed in a couple of days and it sold for the price she said, which was higher than other identical homes in the area had sold for. This shows how good her staging and marketing techniques are. Anything I needed she would be able to provide including contacts, for inspectors, movers etc. She would always offer the contacts but asked me to reach out to whomever I wanted even if they were not anyone she recommended. The last part of the process is the closing and she not only went above and beyond to get things organized with both title companies so er were in and out in less than 30 mins but she had a phenomenal gift for me to celebrate the selling and buying of my homes. So with everything said you can see working with Barbra as a realtor you get the best of both worlds, she gets you what you want and you get the best guidance. Thanks Barbra for making the process so successful, it was seamless, pleasant and fast. ”
