Barbara Price is a native Houstonian and a 20 year resident of The Woodlands. A career in real estate seemed to be the natural progression following her 18 years assisting families while working for a top rated local insurance company. In 2001, after only two years as a licensed agent, Barbara was recognized as one of the Top Producing agents in The Woodlands and became one of the newest members inducted into the prestigious 88 Club. Following this recognition, she was recruited by the leading new home builders in the area and spent the next nine years of her career selling new homes in the luxury real estate market. During this time Barbara expanded her expertise gaining extensive knowledge in residential construction and design. Barbara's passion for her clients and her well rounded knowledge of real estate and the construction industry as a whole have shaped her into an incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and trained negotiator and skilled agent.
