“My sister and I she helped me on this end were extremely pleased with Barbara Alcamo. We were so glad she was mentioned to us when we were long distance looking for a new realtor. Being out of state and needing to get a house ready to sell is scary to say the least So glad we called her. She was professional, personable, efficient, helpful and so much more It was a long distance sale of the house at 4418 Owens creek lane in Spring, TX and very daunting to my sister and I Especially when the first realtor we had prior to finding Barbara-had just discarded us because they didn t want to deal with us. I was to the point of tears wondering what to do There had to be a estate sale first before the sale could proceed and then there were touch up things we needed and wanted to do before showing. Barbara got busy and helped us every step of the way. She gave us to do lists of things to provide and I tried my very best to do so. Because I was so happy to have someone so knowledgeable helping us. She and I worked together so great I would recommend her to anyone that wants a realtor who cares about her clients but who also is extremely professional and stays on top of things, with attention to all the details, so well We re thankful every day that we found Barbara Alcamo to list and sell our house in about 1 week I might add She was amazing I will always think of her as so much more than our wonderful Realtor that we were blessed to have found....she will always also be a friend Sue Butler seller and Crystal Dempsey-sister of seller ”
